Midea Range Hood Performance Test World Record Challenge

On July 16, 2023, the famous Chinese household appliance brand "Midea" suddenly rose in the Shapotou Scenic Area, Zhongwei City in China, creating a previously amazing feat. Midea built a huge acrylic transparent house in the extreme environment of 1257 meters in the north, 25°C and 21 km/northwest wind for a few hours. In this 150m3 space, Midea placed a model YL28 Midea smoke-free range hood. Midea successfully created the world record for " the fastest extraction of smoke within a 150m3 of space by a range hood " through this challenge.

 

Midea appliances have leveraged their innovative and technological advantages to the fullest extent in this high-profile trial. The smokeless range hood YL28 performs well, showing its excellent extraction efficiency (air volume) in heat and exposure of desert. In the case that the space is full of white smoke, the range hood quickly put into work and successfully sucked up the tobacco in the entire 150m3 space in only 5 minutes and 51 seconds, showing its efficient and fast smoke treatment ability.

 

During the test, the total amount of sprayer raw materials pumped by Midea smokeless range hood YL28 amounted to 0.98 kg. This data highlights the product in the rational use of resources and environmental considerations while efficiently treating smoke. After Forbes World Records Certification (FWRC) audit, this feat officially set the world record for " the fastest extraction of smoke within a 150m3 of space by a range hood."
